Molding your ideas to create a one of a kind product.
|
Beginning with an idea, a hard model is made, put into a mold, and pre-production samples are submitted to the customer for approval. Once the samples get approved, production molds are made and the requested number of items are produced.
At this point, any additional work, such as soldering, assembling, or buffing is performed to create the ideal finished product. New items are also marked with logos, copyright, and date for positive identification.
BHS uses fine pewter, an alloy consisting of tin, antimony, bismuth, and traces of copper. We meet all lead-free government requirements.
